After: Bold Blue
Karen and Mina gave this quaint abode an instantly eye-catching facelift by opting for bold blue paint with contrasting white window frames.
After: Lemon Yellow
How cheerful is this lemon yellow backyard renovation? Karen and Mina used two yellow tones to give the home an extra sunny disposition.
After: Teal Trim
Karen and Mina made a case for teal accents with this contrasting curb appeal.
Before: Toned-Down Taupe
Karen and Mina had a relatively blank canvas when working with the Spicebush house — especially in the backyard.
After: A Case for Color
To liven up the space, Karen and Mina brought in new colorful French doors, patio furniture and hot pink flowers.
Before: Bare Bones
Before Mina and Karen worked their magic, the house on Terrace looked near shambles.
After: Creamy Curb Appeal
But, once they were done, the house on Terrace looked downright picturesque with fresh cream-colored paint, a newly renovated front porch, and minimal shrubbery out front.
After: Storybook Appeal
But, once Mina and Karen got their hands on it, the Indianapolis home looked like something out of a storybook.
Before: Shutters and Bushes, Oh My!
The original front of the Sanders house featured bulky shutters, an overgrown bush, and unruly grass.
After: Shutters Begone!
After Karen and Mina came to town, however, it transformed into a bright, well-kept home, without shutters taking away from the front-facing facade.
Before: Dark and Dreary
Karen and Mina worked on another property on Sanders, only this one was noticeably darker than the last, giving it an unpleasantly moody look.
After: Gorgeous in Gray
Mina and Karen transformed the once-dark home by giving it a bright and welcoming gray-and-white facelift.
Before: A Boring Backyard
Karen and Mina had their work cut out for them with this drab backyard.
After: Quaint Accents
Mina and Karen updated the boring backyard by washing the house in a coat of white paint, accented with baby blue doors. By adding a back deck, they created a cozier space to gather, too.
After: A Place to Gather
But they didn't stop there! They added the ultimate hang space in the corner of the backyard, with a table that transforms into a firepit.
Before: Overgrown Bushes
The original exterior of the 728 Lexington house featured overgrown bushes that took away from the curb appeal of the home's structure.
After: Statement Structure
Thankfully, Mina and Karen excavated the row of unruly bushes to reveal the home's unique structure, which they refreshed with two hues of purple paint.
Before: Uninspiring Backyard
The original backyard of the 728 Lexington house was nothing to get excited over.
After: A Party-Ready Backyard
But once Mina and Karen gave it a makeover, complete with plenty of space to sit and to mingle, it became one of the most welcoming areas of the home.
Before: Spooky Silhouette
At first glance, this home gave off a spooky vibe.
After: Cheerful Gathering Space
Once Mina and Karen poured a little love and effort into it, however, it turned into a cheerful space to gather with friends and family.
Before: Dated Appearance
The original front exterior of the 730 Lexington house looked like a rundown abode designed for geriatric occupants.
After: A Revitalized Appeal
Mina and Karen gave the Lexington home a modern update by removing the rails, using buttercream paint, and creating a focal point with a head-turning blue door.
Before: A Unique Frame
The house on Orange Street, which was originally a three-unit home, looked nothing short of disheveled before the Good Bones team arrived.
After: Lime Green Accents
Karen and Mina revitalized the home with fresh neutral paint juxtaposed against a lime green fence.
Before: Dull Palette
The original exterior of the house on Capitol was admittedly dull and worn down.
After: Painted Purple
With a fresh coat of purple paint and fresh white trim, however, it looked like a brand new house.
After: Statement Door
And, when you look closely, you'll notice that a contrasting baby blue door stands waiting to welcome guests.
After: White Brick
While the before image of this home isn't available, we think that we can all agree that the painted white brick really tied this home together.
Before: Brick Blockade
The original front entrance of the duplex that Mina and Karen renovated seemed blocked off with bricks.
After: Private Porches
To make it look more inviting, Mina and Karen painted the brick white and created private spaces for each duplex on either side of the front porch.
After: Bohemian Backyard
Karen and Mina turned the new deck and outside eating area on one side of the duplex into a beautiful Bohemian retreat.
Before: Weathered Wood
This wood-paneled home looked weathered, thanks to its faded gray paint.
After: Juniper Green
By opting for the homeowner's favorite juniper green hue, Karen and Mina were able to breathe new life into the home's curb appeal.
Before: Mismatched Paint
The original front exterior of the first home that Mina and Karen were renovating in Garfield Park looked to be painted out of sorts.
After: Cohesive Color Palette
They gave it a unified appeal by opting for white and pale gray paint, accented with a wood-railed porch.
Before: Boarded From View
This Garfield Park home originally featured uninviting boarded-up windows and a weathered roof.
After: Updated Enclosed Porch
To make the home seem more welcoming, Karen and Mina transformed the boarded-up porch into a sunny enclosed space.
After: A Peek Inside
Karen and Mina made the most of the sun-filled enclosed porch by outfitting it with a vertical garden and cozy conversation set.
Before: An Outdated Color Palette and Frame
The frame and color palette of this house made it look like a relic of the '70s or '80s.
After: Modern Gray Update
To give it a modern refresh, Karen and Mina extended the porch and repainted the exterior, creating a warm, welcoming allure from first glance.
Before: Boarded Up
The Talbott house was originally boarded up and overgrown.
After: Radiant Reno
Karen and Mina gave it a new lease on life by painting it white, updating the porch with wood flooring and creating a well-kept bed of shrubbery out front.
Before: Burned to a Crisp
The original fire-damaged exterior of the house on Charles looked to be on its last leg.
After: Masculine Gray Update
But with Mina and Karen's insight, it was revitalized with dark gray paint and a series of shrubs.
Before: Minimalist Silhouette
The original exterior of the condo unit on Union was minimalist with white brick and an unkempt front yard.
After: Gorgeous Greenery
Mina and Karen updated the curb appeal by manicuring the lawn, creating a small front bed, and hanging ferns from the porch and roof of the home.
