If views get your heart racing, prepare to fall head over heels for Christina’s MVP (most valuable partition) for indoor-outdoor living. These crisp accordion doors fold back easily and unobtrusively to dissolve the boundary between this home’s interior and its pool deck. We love the nubbly runner shifted a quarter-turn to dry damp feet scampering in from outside.

In the Kitchen: Customized Strip Lighting

Christina’s staging expertise shines through in this airy kitchen, where the soaring ceiling doesn’t lend itself to extensive overhead illumination. Instead, she installed a quartet of luxe picture lights along the top of the Zellige tile backsplash and added fantastically atmospheric (and inexpensive) strip lighting along the bottom front edges of its blonde wood floating shelves. When the sun goes down, this room will glow with warmth.

Christina gave this sleek bathroom a bit of natural texture with nubbly grass cloth behind the vanity to counterbalance its angular fixtures and to build on the high-end ambiance she developed with a gold sconce and faucets. This moment is eminently achievable with a super-durable vinyl lookalike material, but the real thing doesn’t have to be a headache, either. If you have your heart set on grass cloth in a space that will be exposed to moisture, be sure your room is well-ventilated and hire a pro for installation.

A functional space like this is an excellent candidate for well-chosen accessories. Christina elevated this stone-topped vanity with luxe towels and soap dispensers, then went above and beyond with a pair of agate slices, an amber glass votive, a carved vase and a wall-mounted planter with a trailing philodendron.
