Pool and Spa

The massive back pool area and surrounding patio offer luxury at its finest. The space includes a whirlpool, infinity pool and beautiful landscaping. Murphy owned the property from 1998 to 2007, when he sold it to real estate investor Patrick K. Willis.

Entryway

Twin curved stairways lead from the great room, which also features floor-to-ceiling windows and a rotunda ceiling.

Sitting Room

This small and very cozy sitting room, replete with a working fireplace and beautiful columns, epitomizes the rich hues and modern flair seen throughout the 12,600-square-foot Granite Bay mountaintop estate.

Billiard Room

With a billiard room, a 12-seat theater and an arcade, the estate is made for entertaining.

Master Bedroom

A raised platform for the bed makes a dramatic statement in the master suite. The lavish space also features a fireplace and a built-in television.

Kid's Bedroom

The actor's home features individually themed kid's bedrooms, including this Shrek-themed room. (Notice Shrek and Donkey peering out from the mural on the ceiling.) Murphy lent his voice to the successful animated film franchise.

Pool

Take a dip in the infinity pool and soak up the sweeping vistas of the Sierra Nevada foothills, Folsom Lake and the Sacramento skyline.

Tennis Court

Adjacent to the guesthouse is the tennis court, surrounded by lush landscaping for privacy.
