Whether you need to replace a dishwasher, want to upgrade to an energy-efficient washing machine or have been dreaming of a French door refrigerator, we’ve found the best buys from top retailers. Plus, we threw in a couple of can’t-miss sales on kitchen countertop appliances that are perfect for summer. See which sale is right for you, and shop our favorite deals below.

Amazon

Amazon Prime Day may not be until July 11-12, but we’ve already spotted several early appliance deals! If you haven’t signed up for Prime, now is the time because some of the best early Prime Day appliance deals are “invite only” and you have to be a Prime member to request the deal on the product page such as this Soda Stream for 44 percent off!

Target

Target isn't the place for major appliances, but it is the place for small ones — especially if you're dorm shopping. Right now, Target has hundreds of kitchen countertop appliances on sale as well as other small appliances such as air purifiers and tower fans during the Sizzling Savings Event. This is your chance to scoop up all those dorm essentials, from a mini fridge to an iced coffee maker. But these deals won't last. The sale ends July 4.

Walmart

Walmart's Fourth of July sale has thousands of rollbacks on summer and backyard buys as well as flash deals up to 65 percent off and a massive clearance on home items. There are currently more than 200 appliances on sale, from gourmet gas grills to countertop ice cream makers. If you're gearing up to entertain next week, you might want to take a look and scoop up a fun novelty appliance at a deep discount. We spotted several nugget ice makers on sale.

Wayfair

Wayfair hasn't dropped its 4th of July Clearance just yet, but we know it will be good. In years past, the blowout included up to 55 percent off nearly 300 appliances, from portable AC units to refrigerators to range hoods. But while we wait, we did notice there's a huge summer clearance going on right now with free shipping on orders over $35. And there are some seriously good deals, from 30 percent off major appliances to 35 percent off select outdoor grills!

Lowe’s

The Lowe's Fourth of July sale is live with more than 1,000 major appliances on sale. Grills and accessories are up to 35 percent off including select Weber grills. And dozens of lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment are on sale, too.

Overstock

Now through July 9, save big at Overstock’s 4th of July Sale. The focus is mostly on outdoor furniture and summer decor, however, it does include large appliances, from ranges to washers and dryers. We spotted this mini fridge that's a steal for college dorms. The clearance blowout also includes hundreds of name-brand countertop appliances, from Hamilton Beach to Mr. Coffee.

Crate & Barrel

Now through July 5, save up to 25 percent on kitchen countertop appliances at Crate & Barrel. Plus, save up to 60 percent during the brand’s first-ever warehouse sale.

The Home Depot

Now through July 12, The Home Depot’s 4th of July Savings event includes a massive sale with appliances up to 35 percent off and a buy more, save more promotion. You can save up to $1,000 when you bundle select major appliances. And beyond bundles, there are some great deals on stainless steel appliances, from gourmet gas grills to French door refrigerators.

Sur La Table

While it doesn’t have a true July 4th sale, Sur La Table has a small appliance clearance going on with several small appliances discounted for fun in the sun such as this Cuisinart ice cream maker. Splurging doesn’t seem so bad when it’s nearly 50 percent off. Plus, get free shipping on any purchase over $75.

Best Buy

Best Buy’s 4th of July Sale is solely dedicated to appliances with savings up to 40 percent off plus an extra 10 percent off select appliance bundles. The sale, which ends July 12, also includes washer and dryer sets up to 30 percent off and open-box deals on appliances up to 50 percent off. These are some of the lowest prices we've seen in a while with washers and dryers as low as $449.99 and refrigerators as low as $579.99.

AJ Madison

AJ Madison always has a great clearance to shop, but right now the whole site feels like a clearance section with the brand's July 4th Sale. The deals are good. Really good. You can save up to 40 percent on name-brand washers, dryers, refrigerators and more.
